What type of covers does tree offer?

At Tree, we have you covered in different ways and our coverage is flexible enough to consider you and your changing needs! You can change it at any time.
Our different packages are:

• “Replacement Car” if you need to rent a car in case your car is not available due to an accident.
• “Collision Cover” when your vehicle gets damaged during an accident or hit & run.
• “Always on the Road” coverage if you need engine or windscreen protection.
• “Bad Guy Protection” if you want to be covered against malicious damage & theft.

How do you calculate the price of my policy (The Premium)?

We use advanced tools to work out the most personalised and attractive premium for your policy. It works on multiple factors, some of which are the value and age of your car, what do you use your car for and whether or not you have made claims in the past. How to get a car insurance quote?

Fairly easy and quick! All you need is:

(1) Your National ID number or your Iqama ID number
(2) Your vehicle's serial number or Customs Card number

I am buying an additional car, how do I insure it?

Congratulations! It's fairly simple to insure your new car.
Go to your account, and click on ”My Policies”. Scroll down and tap on “Buy a new policy for another car” button and follow the easy steps! You must have the customs card (In case the car is not yet registered in the KSA) or the vehicle's serial registration number (Find it in your Tawakalna App).
We'll remind you if anything else is needed!

What's covered in 'Personal Accident' add-on?

we'll cover the cost if you have an injury or fatal accident in your car. It includes, death or injury.

What counts as Malicious Damage?

Any kind of intentional damage done to your vehicle by someone else, is called malicious damage. We can't prevent it (well, not yet) but we'll save you the hassle! Check out our “Bad Guy Protection” coverage that protects you from such incidents. Just in case you suspect a malicious damage, make sure you get the police report and share it with us to get things sorted.

What is GCC coverage?

Living free and exploring, don't forget to add this when you are going abroad. It includes ,geographical extension.

My car was maliciously damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that! First things first, you should immediately call the police and report any damages made.
Make sure you receive a police traffic report as this might be needed.
Afterward, we can help you with your damages if you have our ”Bad Guy Protection” add-on in your insurance.

I have a Flat Tyre. Need help?

No sweat! If you've already got our Roadside Assistance cover just call our partner Morni 920003922 and they'll promptly come to replace your tyre. Don't have the Roadside cover yet? You can add it on rightaway from your My Account tab.

How and when will my claim be paid?

How? We'll send the eligible claim amount directly to your bank account, as per details given by you while filing the claim.
When? In most cases, it will only take a couple of days to get this done.

My car's battery is dead. Need help

We'll get it started in no time! If you've already got our Roadside Assistance cover just call our partner Morni 920003922 and they'll promptly come and replace the battery. Don't have the Roadside cover yet? You can add it on right way from your My Account tab.

My car was stolen!

This is probably everyone's nightmare! But with the “Bad Guy Protection” package, we can protect your car for up to SAR 30,000 from such situations. Just keep in mind to report your stolen vehicle immediately to the police.

How can I see the status of my claims?

To view all open claims, simply go to ”My Claims” in your personal profile. We'll keep you fully updated and notify you when any changes are made to your claim.

I need help with towing my car

Make sure to move yourself to a safe spot by the roadside first! If you've already got our Roadside Assistance cover just call our partner Morni 920003922 and they'll tow your car in no time. Don't have the Roadside cover yet? You can add it on rightaway from your My Account tab.

My car's engine is damaged or not working

Don't feel stuck! If you've already got our Always on the Road cover then we'll pay for the repair or replacement as per the policy terms. Don't have the cover yet? You can add it on rightaway from your My Account tab.

I am out of Fuel and stranded on the road. Need help

My car's windshield is damaged

How do I file a claim?

Don't worry! Filing a claim is simple. You just need your accident related documents and follow our simple steps. We promise to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

I was a victim of a hit & run.

Hit & run damages are really nasty! First things first, you should immediately call MOROOR and report any damages made. Afterward, we can help you with your damages if you have our Collision Cover add-on in your insurance. You can add it to your policy at any time. We can process your claim only if the other party is identified.
